Hong Kong Museum of Art Housed within the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Complex in Tsim Tsa Tsui is an exhibition space that displays Chinese fine arts and antiquities as well as contemporary Hong Kong art. Hong Kong Racing Museum As horse racing is rather popular in Hong Kong, it is no surprise that a museum was established to cater to fans of the sport. Opened in 1996, the museum features the sport's subsequent developments from the 1840s into the high-tech record gambling turnover it is today. Located on the second floor of the Happy Valley Stand of the Happy Valley Racecourse, the museum is admissible to the public at no charge. Hong Kong Railway Museum This small picturesque museum is dedicated to Hong Kong's railway history. Hong Kong Space Museum Located in a section of the Tsim Tsa Tsui waterfront Cultural Centre Complex, the Space Museum showcases a planetarium and space technology exhibition, which has several screenings in a day. It is open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesdays to Fridays and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and most public holidays. The museum is closed on Mondays. Admission is HK$10 for adults and HK$5 for children and senior citizens. Tickets for the Space Theatre shows are priced at HK$30 for adults and HK$15 for children and senior citizens.
