· As you reach the KL Sentral Station, take another train service either PUTRA LRT or Monorail or catch a taxi.

via PUTRA LRT service
Destination: KL Sentral - Hotel
Fare: RM1.60

• Take PUTRA LRT train service (situated in the KL Sentral Station building) and purchase ticket to Dang Wangi station. The journey is 10 minutes only. Frequency for PUTRA LRT train services is every 5 mins.
• From Dang Wangi station, it is a 5 – 7 minute walk to the Hotel.

Destination : KL Sentral – Hotel
Fare : RM2.10

• Proceed to Monorail KL Sentral station (located outside of the KL Sentral Station). It will only take 7 minutes to reach the station. Purchase a ticket heading to Bukit Nanas station. Trains are available every 5 minutes and the journey to Bukit Nanas station takes 12 mins only.
• From the elevated train station, walk down the staircase and make your way towards Hard Rock Café and Concorde building.

• It is a 5 hour journey from Singapore Terminal, Lavender St Kallag Bahru. Both buses will stop at Malaysia Tourist Centre (MTC), Jalan Ampang which is just a 5-minute walk to Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Concorde Ballroom

Located on the lobby level, The Concorde Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 delegates in a classroom configuration or be divided into three smaller event halls; Concorde I, II and Concorde V for capacities of 60 to 150 persons. The ballroom is equipped with a permanent stage that is retractable to make a dance floor space. For any events such as weddings and annual dinners, the ballroom can accommodate up to 770 persons. Linking the Concorde Ballroom and the adjacent Concorde V is a foyer which functions as a pre-function or cocktail venue. The Concorde V is large enough to host a good-sized seminar of 180 persons

Gallery Rooms

On the first level, seven galleries allow for classroom capacities ranging from 24 to 50 persons. The galleries have received a complete makeover with stylish rooms and soothing colours ,providing a feeling of warmth and spaciousness. There are also dedicated built-in audiovisual equipment and corridor space.

Patio/Studio Rooms

Located on the second floor are three patio rooms and five smaller 'C' Studio rooms. Patio 1 has a permanent boardroom setting, accommodating up to 12 persons. Patio 2 and 3 provide comfortable meeting or seminar space for 30 persons. Each Patio room overlooks the Petronas Twin Towers and opens up to a side entrance, allowing participants to stretch and relax after a long seminar. Studio rooms 1 to 5 serve as user-friendly discussion or interview rooms. Each studio can accommodate up to 12 persons in a classroom arrangement. For coffee breaks and snacks, meals are arranged in the spacious Patio foyer.
