My fellow culinary adventurers were practically ecstatic with the “East-West Cod Fish”. The specially imported Canadian cod is marinated in another secret family recipe, pan fried to a medium well, and topped with a secret sauce. A subtle balance of sweet, sour and salt against the tender background of the cod makes this a requisite order. If
you’d prefer prawns, you might like to consider the “Phoenix and Dragon
Prawn Combo”. Half the symmetry is a garlic based creamy preparation of
the huge Sabahan prawns. The other half is a sweet, sour and spicy concoction
with vinegary undertones and a herbal aftertaste. As an accompaniment to the rest of the spread we partook of a very traditional Hakka dish. Almost like a fajita, the “Sharks Fin Wrap” provided a delectable course, which we could literally get our fingers into. Don’t miss out on this one. As a matter of fact, don’t miss out on the whole spread or I’m sure you’ll regret it.
