Day 1 - KK HOTEL ~ KUALA PENYU JETTY ~ SURVIVOR LODGE PULAU TIGA ~ MUD VOLCANO (L/D)

• Pulau Tiga is also known as ‘Survivor Island’, after it was made the location for popular television series, ‘Survivor’. Pulau Tiga is a quaint island retreat that offers opportunities to experience nature and at the same time enjoy the serenity of this pristine and unique island off the coast of Borneo. There’s plenty to see and do here – spend the sunny days swimming or snorkelling in its clear turquoise waters, explore its underwater treasures and indulge in some water sports or simply relax by the beach while enjoying the sun, the sights and sounds of the ocean. You can even take a nature trail trek to a Mud Volcano area. An especially recommended trip while you are on Pulau Tiga is to the nearby ‘Snake Island’, some 20 minutes by boat from Pulau Tiga. It is a breeding ground for various amphibious sea snakes. These snakes can usually be seen coiled in tangled masses under boulders or among tree roots. Even though the snakes are not aggresive, the trip to ‘Snake Island’ will add some spices to your journey, knowing that these snakes belong to the most poisonous in the world.

  0745hrs           :   Pick up from hotel.
  0945hrs           :   Arrive at Kuala Penyu Jetty. Proceed with filling in guest registration card and boat passenger manifest registration.
  1000hrs           :   Embark a 30-45 minutes boat ride, depart from Kuala Penyu Jetty to the Island.
  1045hrs           :   Arrive at Survivor Lodge Pulau Tiga. Welcome drinks will be served and a short briefing about the island and the lodge will be conducted.
  1100hrs           :   Key to the respective chalets will be handed over. Check in. Free at leisure.
  1230hrs           :   Lunch will be served. Free at leisure.
  1430hrs           :   Gather at the assembly point for a short briefing of the jungle trek to the Mud Volcano. Proceed with a 30 minutes trekking to the Mud Volcano. Upon arrival at the Mud Volcano, enjoy a relaxing yet unique experience of the mud volcano covers your skin.
  1530hrs           :   Trekking back down to the lodge. Once arrive, take a group photo for memorable experience. Don’t forget to pose like a human statue! Wash up at the beach or at nearby shower heads available. 
  1630hrs           :   Tea break will be served. Free at leisure or visit our Survivor Bar and treat yourself beverages and let the sunset mesmerize you. Perhaps some snorkelling activity at the beach. Snorkelling gears can be rent at minimal charges at Water Sport Centre.
  1900hrs           :   Dinner will be served. Varieties of beverages can be bought at the bar from beers, carbonated juice etc.
  2100hrs           :   Palm weaving activity will be conducted at the main building. Optional night jungle trekking also is available, visit the reception counter for assistance. Overnight at Survivor Lodge Pulau Tiga. 

Day 2 - SURVIVOR LODGE PULAU TIGA ~ KOTA KINABALU HOTEL (B)

• 0730hrs           :   Breakfast is served. Don’t forget to purchase souvenirs at Novitan Shop for memento from Pulau Tiga. Check out and proceed to the main building. Fill in the guest feedback form and proceed to the jetty.
  0900hrs           :   Embark the boat back to Kuala Penyu jetty.
  0950hrs           :   Journey back to Kota Kinabalu.
