The Palm View Apartments has 239 units where the gym facilities and several restaurants are located. The Laketown Apartments is the budget apartment with 516 units to offer. It is in this area that the five conference rooms are located along with some restaurants.

Culture Zone Apartment
The Culture Zone Apartment offers 384 units and features its own pool with Jacuzzi, a gym, sauna and steam bath, bar lounge and restaurant, a health zone, and children’s playground and barbeque areas. It also has a conference room.

Orang Utan Island
Tucked away on the 35-acre Pulau Orang Utan, Orang Utan Island is the world's first and only 5-acre rehabilitation and preservation facility where Orang Utans roam free. The unique island serves as a breeding sanctuary as well as conservation, research and education center to better understand this endangered species.

Venture from the main jetty at Marina Village and wait for the lake Cruiser to ferry you to the Orang Utan Island. It's just a 10-minutes boat ride across, and boats leave every half hours.

Waterpark
Straddling an area of 11 acres, it is the largest in the northen region of Peninsular Malaysia. There are 10 major attractions in the park : Boomerang, Giant Wet Bubble, Monsoon Lagoon Wave Pool, Water Speed Slides, Body Slides, Giant Tube Rides, Activity Pool, Lazy River, Perak Mining Company and Kids Adventure River.

The Boomerang has become an inhilarating ride and the first and only one of its kind in this country and in South East Asia.

Bubbles Restaurant located at the waterpark serves the latest fast food favourite and local buffets.

Chairlift
Take the twin-seater cable chair ride to enjoy a 'Spectacular' view as it takes you over the waterpark to see the scenic view of Bukit Merah Lake. This 600 meter ride is the only one of such an attraction in Malysia.

Ecopark
Welcome to Mother Nature's favourite holiday attraction - the Bukit Merah Laketown Ecopark. A 3-acre eco-friendly sanctuary, the park features three large enclosures the Bird Park, Reptile Park and Tropical Trek, where rare indigenous and exotic bird, reptile, primate and mammal species roam freely in their natural habitat.

Skycycle
Another way to explore the native rainforest, this time through pedal power! Another first for Malaysia, this attraction is an elevated monorail through the tree canopy that allows riders to have a birds eye view of the surrounds and deer enclosure whilst pedaling your own special car.
