How to Get There

• Set in the highland town of Kundasang, atop the foothills of Mount Kinabalu.
• Kinabalu Pine Resort is a 1.5 hour ride from the city of Kota Kinabalu, Malaysian Borneo.
• Its location makes it an ideal retreat for those who wish to enjoy the cool climate surrounding Southeast Asia's highest peak, Mount Kinabalu.

By Charter (including Airport Transfer)

• If you are not familiar with local traffic, we highly recommend that you make prior arrangements with Kinabalu Pipe Resort staff for a personal shuttle with High Country Tours.

By Taxi

• Leaving Kota Kinabalu, depending on location it can range anywhere from RM 160 to RM 300.
• It's best to bargain a fixed price before hopping on.
• If the driver does not know where Kinabalu Pine Resort is, you might be better off finding another taxi.

By Bus

• Find your way to the City Bus Terminal at Inanam.
• Take a bus heading to Kundasang or Ranau.
• Ask the conductor to notify you when to stop at Kinabalu Pine Resort.
• It should cost approximately RM 15 for each person.

By Private Transport

• Take Jalan Tuaran towards Tuaran for about an hour until you reach a big roundabout.
• Follow the signs that point to Tamparuli and continue for another hour.
• When you reach the entrance to Kinabalu National Park, keep driving for around 15 minutes.
• Kinabalu Pine Resort is to your right after a slight hill bend at Kundasang.

Kinabalu Pine Resort's wooden cabins are fully built using the exclusive Selangan Batu hardwood and have immediate views of Mount Kinabalu. There are Standard or Deluxe cabins, with blocks S & N at the resort's crest. All rooms come with en-suite bathroom, colour television and coffee & tea making facilities.
